We are looking for outgoing and dedicated Insurance Sales Representative who is interested in a rewarding career in insurance sales.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients using various channels (phone & email)
- Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them
- Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products
- Monitor on the level of client satisfaction and take corrective measures when necessary
- After-sales support
- Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow upon potential business
- Prepare commercial insurance proposals
Requirements:
- Native/fluent in English, both oral and written. Fluent in Spanish (at least B2 level)
- Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
